Lahti Parkrun 2

My second Parkrun at Lahti. This was around the main course as the first time was a "special course" because of a local event road closure.

Looks like you couldn’t get a nicer place to run, awesome with all the autumn leaves colours, have you still got any 5k 10k time trials or Pb attempts lined up for what’s left of 2022 👊🏼🙏🌿👣✅👍🏼🏃🏽‍♂️🥳

Hi Go Kiwi! Thanks for the comment. I ran a 10k road race last Saturday in 41.24. I think that I'm done with racing for this year mate. Maybe a Parkrun in December. How about you mate? What are your goals for the end of this year and next year? 🙂
