I've had a few of these running fine for a few months but one stopped dispensing soap. It has a full bottle, fresh batteries, if I hit the reset button it will prime and dispense soap until the priming is complete but then will not detect any motion or dispense soap. The eye is clean. Any ideas?

The electronics are encapsulated in a resin and are usually bullet proof. Mine still works after over 20 years. You may have gotten a bad one. If still under warranty go that route. I've not found dispenser or pump sold separately.

I had the same issue as you described. The tube split inside the spout and was leaking all over. I took it apart cleaned the connections with alcohol, still did not fix it. I then played with the setting switch under the rubber cover and for some reason it started working.

How long does 1 bottle usually last for maybe a family of 6?

I have these at my job and they normally last us a month so I can only assume they will last a family of 6 at Least 4 months if not longer

Always have to disconnect sensor every time you clean the sink. For commercial application it’s a bit of a nuisance. No above counter switch available.

@@utubebetube all your need to do is cover the black sensor under the 'TC'. In a commercial setting you could just put a paper towel in front of the sensor to keep it from turning on.
