Thanks for this video. I've wanted to create a custom hatch for awhile. I'd love to see a video about hatches vs. arrays. This hatch could have been an array of 24x48 rectangles. The advantage of an array is that you can snap to it so that placing light fixtures is easy. Is there a way to make a hatch snap-able without exploding it?
Hi Rachel, how are you? Hatches vs array is definitely an interesting video. Yes there is a way to snap with hatch, and we went over on today's Livestream here is the link ruclips.net/user/liveIlmx2f-XmOw?feature=share let me know if you have further questions.
Hi! thanks for the video, although im yet strugling to make one that looks simple... but I cant make it... let me nknow if you can help. Is a hatch that is similar to NET at 60º, but without the horizontal line. so, just /\/\/\/\ with vertices touching. the other diference to NET at 60º is the second row shoud be detached from the one below, with a continuos horizontal gap. Helped if I can share a screenshot... Anyway, thanks for what you done already! Paulo

is there any way to give color in different box of hatch different colors?
You can add color to a hatch by selecting it and add color to the background from the ribbon
