Easy Tunisian Crocheted Blanket with Tassels

Learn how to crochet a cozy blanket with tassels using the Tunisian Simple Stitch and the Tunisian Purl Stitch! This blanket is beginner friendly and the perfect winter blanket!
Materials I used:
12 skeins of Loops and Threads Cozy Wool
15.75 mm Tunisian Crochet Hook (amzn.to/2jxc1MG currently on sale!)
Darning Needle
Scissors
Blanket Pattern (36 inches wide and 50 inches long):
Chain 70
Foundation Row: Working in the back of the foundation chain, pull up a loop in the second back bump of the second chain from the hook and in each chain across. Close.
Row 1: Purl Tunisian Crochet stitch - with your yarn in the front of your work, insert the hook from right to left under the next vertical bar, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Work the Tunisian purl stitch across and close.
Row 2-70: Tunisian Simple Stitch - insert hook from right to left under the next vertical bar, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Work the Tunisian Simple Stitch across and close.
Row 71: Purl Tunisian Crochet stitch - with your yarn in the front of your work, insert the hook from right to left under the next vertical bar, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Work the Tunisian purl stitch across and close.
Row 72 (Binding Off): Insert hook from right to left under the next vertical bar, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Yarn over and pull through both loops. Work across and finish off.
