Financial planning is like navigation. If you know where you are and where you want to go, navigation isn't such a great problem. It's when you don't know the two points that it's difficult❤

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian.

Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things

First home super saver is up to 50k in total, $15k limit is per year
Also, CBA asked from me for 6 months worth of payslips last year, not just one payslip

    Hey Ross,
Looking into making the journey from the States. Wife's a teacher, so she's been particularly interested in your videos about teaching in Aus.
Can True Blue's assessment go a long way for setting our expectations on the other side, or is it simply "these are the visas accessible to you"?
    Cheers!

Very helpful, thanks both! I don’t think you covered it, it would be good to know about borrowing to buy while still in UK (would probably need to be an investment property which you’d then move into), thanks again!

Tricky unless you have your Australian residency and permanent job contract already

Thanks for the video and love that my question got answered! This was really really useful, I've saved it down and noted down a bunch of useful info to help my buying a house journey when I move down under!

Great video thanks. I'm RGN with permanent residence and my wife is a Doctor but haven't made the move yet as we are still in London saving. We did read about Doctors needing only 10% deposit and LMI waivers, also some banks like westpac allowing nurses only 10% deposit if they have a 90k salary. I'm hoping that when we move later in the year and we have about 100,000 aud saved we will be able to get a house pretty quick.
