This actually helped me in like 10 seconds I was shocked that this actually worked also can anyone else do a back bend because I can it’s really easy you can Erfurt have someone hold you and bend back or just fall back or go on the ground put your hands thief than push up I prefer pushing my hands from the ground up because it’s the easyest
I can do a back bend
i can fall into a backbend and just push myself up to do a backbend, and i'm 5'7 and is 14 years old. you should follow anna mcnulty's stretch routines. been doing this for 2 and a half months (started in june first) trust me. Its worth the time, patience is the key

if u practice spliting everyday about one, two weeks u can easily split.
- stretch little bit before split
- u can't split in just one try
- stretch full body

@@shirinfathima7679 well it depends on your flexibility but everyone can do it if they practice .
You can't straight up just split. First do warm up(youtube). And some exercise to stretch that area. Around 10 minutes.
And split. And stretch that area again for a while (if you don't know how you can exercise. RUclips video are very helpful)
But it may take a weeks and month or year. Practice everyday!

Step one is a little wrong because while ur doing a butterfly strech dont paddle ur legs like that instead just go in positon 1 and stay in ur level and do that every day and you'll see some difference!

When stretching remember to tighten your knees like they are glued to the floor
They were all good but I don’t recommend doing te first one, the butterfly or whatever you call it.

Dude... if you keep your legs that carelessly and do it you are certain to get yourself a sprain somewhere.
And ppl try to point your toes cuz it helps get into your poses better :) also either keep your legs straight or 90 degree if y9u absolute beginner and have no flexiblity and pls try to keep your balance and everyone good luck dont get hurt- :)

If You are already flexible then it will take 3 to 4 months but you are not then it will take 6 to 7 months . But you have to practice regular for one hour every day . I hope you learn it soon 😃😃😃😃😃😃

This is the reality ekdum se koi bhi cheez nahi ho jati it will take time means lot of time but you need to be punctual in practice
