Again an excellent framework for focus and implementation.
This is the reason we should keep interacting with our goals . We need to write down our goals, speak out our goals, share them with friends, review them regularly because it makes us focus on the desirable outcome, thus creating a feeling in our hearts that creates power in our hands. I gat it💪🏾

Wow, this video has really opened my understanding of some habits that I have that causes me to be stuck. I termed it being in my head...I think of doing a thing and feel like I can do it but don't end up doing it. Or there may be something I not clear on and instead of asking I just don't do anything. These have really put my integrity/confidence in a bad place.
