I'm guessing they somehow messed up and made the 3 proc Jotun's because it counts the cats HP to your hp...? so, when it gets hit once, and technically drops to 50% hp, it is below the 60% threshold, that's the only explanation i can think of lol

I thought the 3 was already aoe on impact? Did they remove it at some point only to add it back in now? The changes to Bastet don't seem that broken, its just that Bastet was already a good god to begin with so of course she feels strong.
Bastet was already so annoying in assault. She is going straight to S tier with Ah Puch now.

I disagree about building duality on thana, u never build bluestone or crusher on him and not always heart seaker, plus it takes away from the hydras auto

It’s the cat (3) proc’ing it. After it takes a hit, I guess it registers as only having 50% HP left, thus activating the Jothuns
XD some people think hi Rez Work hard in Smite but there is Smite 2 in Progress. So good luck Auto Attack Bug still here but Low Rez say nope there is nothing 🤣🤣 and the lädt fact Nobody Play this braindead dumb FCK god.

Bastet got nerfed 40 times the last years, her 2 was a LOT stronger before, this isn't such a big deal
I thought this would be an unpopular opinion. I agree, Bastet hasn't been viable - in other modes at least - for a while now. I think this just makes her viable now not OP.
I thought the AOE cat might be a bit much, but it's not that different from a Scylla 2 really.
@@user-pf4sk8im4b Except for the fact that Scylla 1 (i believe you mean the one not the 2) only roots in an aoe when max level and you aren't maxing your 1 until after your 2 anyways.
@@arbiter771 I did mean the 1 yes! My bad. And a fair point. I still don't think it'll be super unbalanced, not nearly as bad as arachne spiders for example.

I'd definitely argue the other way. She was in half my games yesterday before the buff. She wasn't OP or the best but she was doing just fine, definitely didn't need a buff let alone a mega buff to her most annoying ability.
