Explaining Lithuania’s Electricity Situation

There are many ways that Lithuania - and the baltic nations in general - are very very much a part of Europe and the EU. However, instead of being part of the main EU grid, Lithuania and other Baltic countries are part of a power system that is centrally managed and coordinated by a dispatching center in Moscow!
