If Lechuga is making musicians cry idc what anyone says but there’s way to talk to people. That’s some straight up power trip personality. No wonder people leave his band all the time.
It’s a figure of speech my friend let’s not take it out of context nobody actually cries,
saludos, and on the contrary youd be surprised how many musicians actually stay a long tenure with the band unfortunately for Cumbre we are a mid level band that is still in the struggle, some musicians are not invested, not logged in for the long run, if anything the ones that have left have come back and the ones who havent either are doing their thing, if one thing ive learned its you cant hold nobody back.
Que chulada de la parte de lechuga 🥬. Disciplina y responsabilidad se aprende en este grupo. I consider this group high level, Not only music, but the morals and respect that lechuga has as a leader to the music and band.

He has every right to talk to his musicians like that, you talk to them like a little kid, they gonna continue to think its okay to do this and that without fixing their mistakes, you talk to them like a man straight up no hard feelings and theyre in bed realizing like fuck i needa get my shit together because this can be my last go around with a well known group🤷🏽♂️

Wrong! This was an invitation to us for the podcast to talk about Cumbre and all we talked about is our experiences in with the band and unfortunately we dropped names,
People are getting hurt,
but any musician that is sincere will agree, about everyone talking about everyone behind their back in this bussiness, but God forbid you mention names, now your the bad guy!!!
Musicians these days “MOST” are weak minded and dont commit theyll join a band to see whats in it for them, then they cant handle the grind and they’ll quit

Lechuga es una persona , que es un ejemplo a seguir es unos de los músicos de Los Ángeles que tienes años en los música y nunca se a dejado vencer como su comadre Froy 😅 y son ejemplos para toda la música da que esto no es fácil pero todo se puede en la vida dios los bendiga cumbre norteña , y puro pa delante lechuga se mira que es muy profesional y muy extrico y está bien por qué eso ase un buen músico, muy buena vibra saludos a todos muy buena entrevista….

I’m from Sacramento and he said Dixon norteño y different from Sacramento, we are like 10 min or 15 min away and other norteños sax hit here but just not them .

Lol im not from north cali, but i am from south cali, and norteño sax is not popular in certain areas up north, places we usually have gone frequently are American Canyon, San Jose, concord, and Dixon, maybe its the venues we’ve been to, and not the regions or cities that have grown the norteño sax scene
