- In video High temperature Conductive ink - 1000 degg C (Update) I make demonstration about high temperature conductive ink. The ink can withstand really high temperatures and is good for heating applications (heaters, furnace, laboratory furnaces, hotplates, etc).

Really awesome! Your formulas have come so far! This ink has some serious industrial potential. Well done.
Thank you my friend 😄😉
12.22 you didn't "make a very bad heater" , you inadvertently carbonised & oxidised the substrate in place, & showed several other very useful things, (a very doable diy voltage) 35vac-60vac gets you a very hot localised strip, no 'Nickel-Chrome resistance wire required' , and depending where you attach the +- power you can vary the heat band to the centre strip keeping it away from the edges, success , rob would be proud ^_~
Congratulation buddy, I hope you can produce this ink in large volume soon. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2020
Yes I hope so. Marry Christmas and happy New Year 2020 also to you
Well done. Try Aircrete or EPIC concrete for substrate.
Merry Christmas and happy new year.
Good idea. Merry Cheistmas and happy 2020
@Cayrex Where can I buy this ink or heater?
I used to know we need to apply only DC current around 24 Vdc.so is it also possible to apply AC current?what is difference?
Here I apply AC
how can I make this paint? please gude me.
Great product (high heat conductive ink. Is it waterproof?
Good job
Hvala na odgovoru ! Zmanjsal bom napetost. Mi lahko prosim date nasvet kako napravit Ink ki nebo tako obcutljiv ? lep pozdrav Zlatko
The ink looks great for making kiln heater elements, if you can find the right substrate and a reliable method of connecting to it.
What is the square resistance of the various inks you have made when painted on an insulating substrate?
Merry Christmas and a happy new year :-) Martin.
Yes. Square resistance on this is 10 to 6 ohms. On other types of inks is the square resistance 50 to 2 ohms depending what type is the ink.
Merry Christmas and happy new year also to you my friend.
@@cayrex Are you selling the inks, if so what is the price and properties of the different inks?
How do we get the ink.. or recipe. l would like to do experiments with grandkids
how can we make conductive İNK...??? We need chemical diy formulle bro
have you done a video on making this ink? This looks GREAT! Thanks, Doug
Sorry to be off topic but does someone know a tool to get back into an instagram account?
I was stupid lost the password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Cairo Francis Instablaster ;)
@Gordon Lachlan Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm.
Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Gordon Lachlan it did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thanks so much, you saved my ass!
@Cairo Francis You are welcome :)
Greeting
What is the type of current AC or DC
On the 30V voltage which is the power of current (A)?
In short, which parameters to have a device for measuring: A, V, W, R?
AC. 30V and is less that 10A because the fuse is limited to max 10A.
Thanks for your reply,
I need to get the AC 0-30V and 0-10A device
In practice how much less than 10a
very good work .... what the Combination for the high temperature conductive ink
you can sell from this ink ??
What the combination? Sory i don't understand your question.
all i need is a heater with 25cm x 25cm working on 6v/250mA to produce constant temperature of 80°C .
is that possible?
80C on 1.5 watt,... I think not. 6 or 12 watt,... maybe
thank you for reply me.
👍😊
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
@@attilarivera no problem 😉
hi bro where can i get that liquid
What is in that substance?
Maybe you can add this ink to Aircrete itself.
I would like to use it to warm a small space like say travel trailor or very small camper. But on around 12v do you think that this would be possible on this low of a voltage? I'd like to make a small workshop. but want a way to heat it that wont take up much of the limited floor space.
You need around 35 (floor) to max 55 (wall) degg C. In this case you need our heat paint which can be used on 12 or 24 volts
@@cayrex this will be a great project to experiment with. Thank you for these videos.
If you heat the floor where you sit or stand it is best effeciency as the heat will warm up your extremities first .
@@Buzzhumma I do think that will be my plan. I am still working out how and were i will be placing shelves and other things like were i will physically be in the space. but I do think that this will be a very great way of putting warmth right were i need it.
you just created a kiln material!
I know. I plan to make a video about 48V or so kiln for sooooo long. But I never find the time to make it.
@@cayrex I think you can use a cheap Chinese inverter welder as an unbreakable power supply!👍
Hi. Did you try to make a microwave kiln using this ink ? In other words , will a layer of this ink get white hot when put in a microwave ?
Hi! No, I haven't tried this on that ink. On direct current can get really hot, which radiates heat like crazy from test heater. But I dont know for microwave. Need to test it
Now I make a test with homemade microwave kiln and this conductive ink and works like crazy! 😲😁
@@cayrex Time for a new video ...:) ?
@@pieterwaterberg8138 yes. I will upload today, maybe. Right now I make really simple microwave kiln. I didn’t put much effort into making a nice kiln, because I just want to try the ink first. The temperature was so high that clay pots which I use for the base, start to "melt" (make bubbles in clay) on some areas.
@@pieterwaterberg8138 I was able to use that microwave kiln 3 times before the clay pots break to pieces
Hi, please gude me for making this ink. can you please help me?
What’s the brand name of this ink
I haven't given a name yet. It is a prototype ink
hi iam suresh from india i need water treatment carbon coating eletctrode with water resistance pleasatell me formula
Sorry,... it's trade secrets
Maybe it was the paint burning and not the welding shield ?
The paint is fireproof, I burn the paint painted on glass fibers and stone with blowtorch with no damaging the paint. Also the paint was conected to AC for several minutes that the paint was glowing. Also in the video you can see that the welding fiber shrink and also the back start to burn when I burn the heater with blowtorch.
@@cayrex Yes, you can also see that the flame itself was concentated on the backside of the fiber material - where you did not paint. You only painted one side of the material. Really awesome results, the ink recipes have advanced even further! I can't wait to see what kind of industrial uses this high-temperature ink has. So many come to mind!
Yes I paint only one side of this fiber. Yes the ink have many applications in industry
Zacariah Heim hi Zac , my mind has not kicked in to gear yet on ink uses . Can you list a few that come to mind ?
@@Buzzhumma @Zacariah Heim .... the use of the ink (for example this high temperature ink) have many applications,.... because this ink is special developed that can withstand the temperature over 1000 degg C have the main application in heating applications,... normal IR or resistance heating, high temperature heaters (900 degg C) which are used in farms, industry, outdoor,... owens, powder coating owen, autoclave owen, laboratory furnace,... heat coating for suppressing the moisture/humidity in rooms, etc,... ceramic glass oven / hotplate, etc. Similar IR heaters are used also in hospitals. Also, low power consumption IR/resistance heater can be used in heating the Li-Ion battery packs in EV, etc,....
