@@PlentyofVideo I have just bought one of these for specific future scenario: I cannot use a large TV because of the limited space in my study, yet smaller TVs of any capability are getting increasingly harder to get hold of, and I want to continue with at least full HD when my current 27" expires: most of what is currently on the market that I might buy as a replacement is either prohibitively expensive or has poor reviews - or both - and I think that is a situation that is only likely to get worse over time. I already have a good receiver that allows me to deliver excellent sound quailty when needed - which is not for normal TV use, especially in a small room where my sub-woofer booms through to downstairs. Best to keep that for watching movies. So I have purchased a Manhattan non-recording T3 4K set-top box with smart capabilites, to be attached to this soundbar and to one of my several speaker-less 28" 4k monitors. I will therefore be able to continue to watch TV & smart TV on a small-scale screen at any time of day in a small room where magnificent sound is not needed - for minimal cost. This soundbar fits that bill, as I have already proved that it does what I need and is also nor very long. So - a very niche market - but a vital one - where sound quality is not crucial but cost & size are.

Hi. Really I don't know what is it's problem. Did you connect it to your TV with a HDMI cable? Or optic. Check with a new cable.
