HP Recovery III is a must have.
Can farm the ogres in Paris for basic HP recovery and then use formulas from there.

Great guide. How do you get HP +300 and attack +30?

Thanks so much for the comment.
So those are special gems.
You have a chance to get them on the 7 Stage in Round 2 of the Colosseum .
Just make sure you have Treasure Hunter on Colet or Rose so you can see them.
It might take a while as you can get a variety of items on each treasure title.
