Do they have a mens 60 + year old class? or at other races in PI?It looks like a fun course but maybe needs a couple more open areas to make passing easier each lap.
That's just a matter of personal choice and determination of strong foot, similar to what it is for the track sprinters, the first stride with the stronger leg.

There's no specific as each rider has a different fit, but usually a lower front end and aggressive riding position as compared to downhill or enduro.
