    Probably the most in-depth "how to use" on this device I have seen yet. Thank you. I just received this device and I about died when I felt it in my teeth!! LOL I will continue to use it but after this I think I can use it more effectively.

      @@shelbinese It WILL be worth it. I am going to be totally blunt I am still a little afraid of it. LOL, It works. Beyond anything I ever thought it would. I use a tens unit for my back and shoulders and have for years but this is another level. Will it make a difference? There is no possible way it can't. I will use it more regularly soon after I get over the fear. 😊

    I appreciate the video about this device. For some reason, there is not a lot of information about how to use it or reviews from people. There is one video that is too “charged” and kinda misinformed. I’ve got this device:
    A) yes it makes your muscles contracts. It’s absolutely not like a facial roller that you can roll your face with “villy-nilly”.
    B) it’s surprisingly intense. Here is my take, THIS is NOT a nuface. It’s EMS. EMS is a valid modality (I think that the word).
    C) I repeat this is not a nuface. I think EMS is kinda different from microcurrent. EMS targets muscles that for sure after trying this device.
    D) you absolutely should try it with their brand conductive gel. After that, you could consider substitutes. also, the gel contains niacinamide. FYI.
    E) I am too lazy to use mine, but I can see how proper use can help to “stimulate” muscles and move all that “stuff” below the surface of the skin.

    The gel is kinda pricey if I want to use it for my body which takes a lot. Can we subs it with the hifu gel instead for our body?

    Microcurrent gave me a droopy look, saggy skin and nerve inflamation. Is that possible?? I am not recovering even after a month. Eye pain and sagginess wtf??

    • @itziebitz
      @itziebitz 2 года назад +1

      This is EMS not Microcurrent.

    • @jayedwardsuk5984
      @jayedwardsuk5984 Год назад +1

      EMS should be performed at a lower level and the forehead and eye area should also be avoided with this modality as there is less fat -thinner skin!! Microcurrent, generally is more controlled and superficial, yet still working the muscle. Essentially the sagging and drooping can occur for a number of reasons for example - the movements you performed may have been wrong, the areas you worked on should have been avoided (which is key) and the Intensity level may have been too high. EMS and Microcurrent are two different modalities and should be used differently also the right conductivity plays a role of course.

    EMS is NOT microcurrent. It stimulates muscle contraction. It does the opposite of botox!

    So you didn’t mention the very controversial subject that this device kills and depletes ATP which produces new collagen production and you start to get fat lose! Penny a master aesthetician on RUclips said to stay away from this device and to only use it on your body. She did a deep dive into the study of this .

    • @KayDejaVu
      @KayDejaVu 11 месяцев назад

      Very interesting.Few know about the effects if this is the case. Regular use is what will cause this. As for ATP the body produces that all the time. As the face is toned more, there will be fat loss.
