Living with Congestive heart failure (CHF)

Simply a video where I explain my experience with being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Everyone is different and there are different levels and stages of congestive heart failure I have to acknowledge that mine isn't at a stage that is concerning but nonetheless It rocked and shifted my entire life and dealing with anxiety and stress from this condition is real no matter what stage you are on so I hope this video some of you may find the connection and hopefully a glimmer of hope that this condition does not define who you are but rather embraces who you are and you become so much more of a better person or rather a happier person than you were before because as our thoughts show us life is short and the little time we get here on Earth we need to make the best of it and hopefully I can upload more videos that can help others get through this episode of their lives. I am no expert on CHF I am purely speaking from experience.
