- Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel!!! Today we are compare The Dark Knight Joker based on Heath Ledgers likeness from both Hot Toys and Enterbay!! I enjoy both of these figures but I do have a preference between the two. Come see which I pick!!

Thanks for this comparative video. I have the Enterbay version, the face sculpture is superior to the Hot Toys. Maybe Hot Toys is superior in quality of materials, but for body and face, there is no comparison.

@@JesseRebirth the Mishi headsculpt is still the best DK Joker I’ve ever seen. The EB Joker figure was beautiful but kind of a mess. The accessories are extremely fragile, 1/2 of mine were broken on arrival. The suit looked great. EB body itself was garbage. I ended up selling the figure a while back.
Thanks for doing this comparison Jesse. You do such a great job. Your honesty, your objectivity, and your non hyperbolic coverage serves as a very valuable point of reference in the community. Allied with your chilled out, genuine ways and friendly delivery, it makes your content a pleasure to watch. I must admit it drives me nuts when so called reviewers make out that the HT's 1//4 Joker sculpt/paint apps are""perfect", "spot on"?! By saying that it is perfect, they are putting it at the same level as Adam Gu's work, and objectively that isn't the case at all. In my humble opinion, I would score the 1/4 Hot Toys portrait 6/10; Enterbay 7/10; Dx11 7.5/10 and Adam Gu's work 9.9/10
Thank you for the support and valuable input bro!! Keeps me motivated and feeling like just being honest and open still has its place here on RUclips. In no way is the HT joker a disaster, still a well made figure just with the time between when Enterbay released and now you think HT would have done everything they could to make it a closed case on which was the best. But maybe that time allowed them to lax due to no direct competition between the two. To be fair I had recently came across a custom repaint and rooted hair HT 1/4 sculpt and it had made a world of difference😱 And I absolutely agree, Adam Gu is a master of his craft!! I think his Ben Affleck Sculpt is supreme!! I dream of owning one... I can 100% agree with your ranking of the works. Thank you as always for the love and support bro!!😎🤘🏻🦇

You are right, the HT 1/4 Joker is still a great figure, particularly if you look at it as being an artistic impression instead of being an exact copy of how Heath looked in TDK. Hot Toys QS Joker is scaled almost perfectly with Heath Ledger’s height.
That’s my issue, I have the Dark Knight Rises hot toys 1/4 Batman next to the enterbay joker... he’s like a whole inch taller, than the top of Batman’s ears which would equate to avoid it 4 inches in our scale... christian bale is 1 inch shorter than ledger so the scale doesn’t work at all sadly
He definitely works well with the Hot Toys 1/4 Batman! Enterbays scaling is a bit too large..😎🤘🏻🦇
Heath Ledger’s listed height is 6’1” & if you gonna scale it down to 1/4, he’ll be around 46.3cm. So much closer to HT’s figure height. Enterbay looks good but it’s waaay too inaccurate in terms of height if the height discrepancy with the HT version is that much.
How tall exactly is the HT Joker? With his head tilted up too, becuase the neck is slanted forward, that's what makes it look shorter.
Totally agree about the Tom Hardy Bane. The third movie wasn't the best, even though I liked a lot, but his performance was really awesome. It would be great to see a 1/4 scale Bane figure.
Yup!!! We need a 1/4 Bane bro!! I mean it’s definitely possible. Now a days the Hot Toys Bane can’t be found for under $350 new.. I think HT notices these trends. Hence the constant releases..
I have the hot toys version and I'm very proud to own him, he is the center piece of my collection (which is not as impressive as yours)

@@JesseRebirthno i dont have the batman, i mostly collect 1/6 pieces (i currently have 14 hot toys) and only own 3 1/4 scale figures, I have my joker, the mark 45 iron man and darth vader but I think I will start looking at more 1/4 scale pieces, the issue i have with 1/4 figures is the price, i live in the uk and the prices we pay over here compared to the states is obscene, my joker cost me nearly £600 which i think is around $750, anyway please keep up the content, it's great (and inspiring) to see a collection as amazing as yours and i hope one day mine will be similarly impressive

Entetbay makes them spot on to how they were colors textjres they try to be realistic.. Hot toys go for the more in your face pop... But actually is not as accurate to the real thing... Batma. And joker.. Enterbay just looks like tge movie.. But hot toys looks eye catching. I prefer realism.. I buy the enterbay cause how realostic they are..
Yeah...you nailed it!! That’s the perfect way to boil it down. I always wondered why the DX01 was so accurate and the Later DX Joker just went a 180 with their colors and textures but your explanation hits the nail on the head perfectly😎🤘🏻🦇
I think the better option would be :
The Hot Toys body + accessories + outfit but with the Enterbay's purple coat and Headsculpt
Yuuuup! I can 2nd that. It’s so strange that Hot Toys nail the outfit with their first DX01 Joker and then so radically changed it up until the new Artisan version. I think Enterbay should have continued with movie figures.. but thank you for tuning in and the support!!!😎🤘🏻🦇

Creo que con tantos años de diferencia...hot toys tendria que haber hecho un mejor trabajo,sigue siendo mejor enterbay para mi gusto,aunque los materiales sean mejores en la ropa de hot toys,en enterbay las granadas son diecast,el lanzacohetes tambien es diecast etc..buen video!like

Hmmm... I can definitely see that.. you know what that reminds me of? You remember when Medicom was doing the 1/6 TDK figs while in battle with HT? People were removing all the armor panels from the Medicom and redoing them on to the HT because their Height difference made them a tad smaller making them look better..crazy😎🤘🏻🦇

Hottoys headsculp is still better than enterbay the only way enterbay would be better if you'll pay for a repainter and rooting its hair.
I think HT’s sculpt could benefit from those two option too😎🤘🏻🦇
