I appreciate it when you mention an English menu is available and that they accommodate solo diners. Love all your channels. Thanks.

It's good to know that Shabutei offers a reasonably priced and delicious Shabu Shabu for one. 👍That's another restaurant added to my "places to eat in Japan" list, courtesy of you and Satoshi. 😊 Thank you, Shinichi-san. ❤

I still love how you both have a channel where you'll talk about the food and give opinions out loud, and also a channel with text on the screen with just enjoying the ambiance of the restaruant. Its wonderful cause sometiems i wanna enjoy food videos but i dont wanna listen to people talking its lovely

I love Shabu Shabu. It was so expensive where we lived, and we loved it so much, that I bought a cooking set to make it at home. I found a Japanese market that sold the specially prepared thin meat and all the vegetables. I learned to make my own ponzu sauce, but we relied on store bought for the sesame. I lost my pot during a move, and your video reminded me

From many videos from Japan that I have watched.....most of the hot pots are water. It looks like this one is as well. Flavor in the water comes from all the vege added to it. I have seen some really pour in their vege to boil well before swishing the meat. They also have the dipping sauces. All in all, a taste treat.

If you get served Mizuna leaves and put them in your food can you please say what they are? Second RUclipsr in the last week to eat them or overlook them in a video. Also, if you are putting raw meat in a boiling pot and taking it out you need TWO pairs of chopsticks, one to touch the raw meat and put it in and one to take it out and eat with, and never confuse the two. Most restaurants like this have two pairs, some even have metal ones for the putting in part. That is how you do not get sick from cross contaminating cooked meat with bacteria from raw meat, especially with pork. Do not do this in a video again, if people do as you do they could get sick.
