Purtroppo provenendo dall'America o comunque da Israele ( il mio ordine è stato spedito da lì a quanto pare) bisogna aspettarsi un costo di spedizione non indifferente, infatti ho scelto quella non express per risparmiare qualcosa , ma se usi il codice sconto di Ermes praticamente risparmi quasi completamente la spedizione standard

Hi ermes! So what means "a light" workout on this hand? Like what range of repetitions and sets you prefer for anyone to progress and do it safe without any tear or something (as you said tendonds are working so can be teared)?
Isometric hold 5 to 10 seconds. 4 to 5 sets. Increase the weight every month

But then, if you are able to, could you explain to me one thing, because maybe I do something wrong... When I put barbell on my knee, I bend over and I do wrist curls with "the end of that barbell", with tumb outside, I feel burning pain in the one of wrist flexors (or however I can call it), then what can cause that burning/pinching? Should I be worried? This pain effect of burning/pinch happens only in one hand not the other.
@@pentagramyt417 hello. If you do that barbell exercises while seating. Try Not to go all the way down with your wrist. Just keep it parallel (flat) and start the curling motion. No need to go all the way down.

I like using the wrist max also, I altered mine. I took the black strap completely out of the handle and use the 3 different holes on the side to slide onto a bracket. Depending on what hole you use (the angle of the handle) it puts pressure on fingers and wrists

You said using lighter weights is better. So should we stop going heavy on barbell curls.
Any armwrestlers use his own method to train. Ermes never uses "heavy" weights he always does more reps, he does 1 rep max like twice a year. Also he often says how he easily gets pain on the tendons, that s another reason why he trains this way
