Hey, I'm a native Dutch speaker. 'Volgens mij' is not correct in this sentence. 'Volgens mij' can be used in the following examples. Person A:'Een voetbalteam bestaat toch uit 12 spelers?' Person B: 'volgens mij niet, volgens mij bestaat een voetbal team uit 11 spelers'.
