We have 4 Major Regions each with more than one Tier 2 league. So that's already 8+ Leagues (+ four Tier 1 leagues and excluding GameChanger leagues) only for Riot to invest money into a non-profitable system? Seems impossible to convince a company to do it, while esports as a top-tier product is already so hard to gain profit from. The whole promotion system is making this argument hard but a player should be incentivized to get into Tier 1 either way and thats why Tier 2 itself won't die. (sorry for grammar/spelling mistakes)

Two, finding the right people to spearhead unofficial Riot events. People like Shroud and Tarik needs to get out of their bubble and start hosting their own gigantic offline events. In Japan, a single streamer K4SEN created his own 3-day offline event with well over 5000 people showing up eachday. He hosted a bunch of games (not Valorant, this time but LoL) and it was a major success. Challengers JPN has several of content creator-owned teams that have a huge fanbase behind them. Riddle Order and Murash Gaming comes to mind. Challengers NA has nothing like this. Diguised Toast has a team in Challengers SEA because NA is a crapshoot for any marketabily and growth. I also believe Toast didn't put in 100% effort because it wasn't profitable. His GC team was screwed out of a cheater. NA teams have no fanbases because these companies are all backed my money and rolling the dice on profit. People like Tarik, Shroud and IRL creators need a reason to join Challengers NA as org owners and right now there's zero reason. I hate to say this, but imagine if ishowspeed was an actual owner, or even kai. Challengers NA teams would be relatable/marketable overnight. Right now, there is nobody relatable who represent Challengers NA. Cr1TiKaL/Ludwig are not a relatable owners (Moist) because they don't show any "on-screen" effort to support their Valorant team. Kroenke and The Guard gave no value and was a straight money grab. Kroenke had no direct impact in fanbase marketability, just money. M80 is the only true calling because of strong leadership having proven esport backgrounds, having solid rosters and good marketing in a very short time Challengers is a breeding ground for farming players to Tier 1. Challengers NA need to embrace this to the fullest extent, Riot needs to invest their own money into it so sponsors can be onboard and make Tier 2 marketable for potential team owners
