Ever since I watches that one Pokemon movie and immediately fell in love with how adorable Shaymin is! I knew I needed one, but I was a child, so I didn't know to connecr my DS to Wifi or heard about events.
Finally doing this hunt myself! And it is sooo adorable that I don't have a problem watching the cutscene everytime!

Came back to BDSP recently and straight away wanted to hunt shiny shaymin and seeing this video gives me more motivation and I also didn’t realise you could leave the area and come back which is much quicker than closing the game and opening to reset the encounter. Wow congratulations on the shiny Shaymin! 💜 I can imagine it’s been a long and arduous journey but that’s what makes the voyage to getting the shiny all the more worthwhile. I can understand as I gave up on Chimchar after 2’750 because I hunted it for four months straight and exhausted myself in the process. But I’m determined to get shiny Palkia this time around as that is my next hunt.
Shiny Shaymin is the most adorable legendary in the whole world, very happy for you and congrats.

Aww thanks very much, yeah the briefcase hunts were insane. But I suppose we could always try to reclaim them via Masuda method or the grand underground, so it’s not too bad :)
Yeah it can be draining and daunting to hunt for that specific Pokémon sometimes, it’s always good to take a break when needed.
Like at this very moment I’ve been working hard to complete the pokedex for Legends Arceus and I have 201 caught and seen 215, with 112 full dex entries so far.
It’s been a long journey but I’m hoping to fill up to what I can on the entries and get my dex completed soon so I can finally catch Arceus by the end of things and actually look forward to focusing more on BDSP.
Thank you very much. When I end up getting to that point, I’m definitely going to go for it.
