Do u get to the best divesites in palau also with land diving or is a liveaboard better if u have the choice?
You can get to all the best sites via land based operators. So liveaboard not necessary to see the best sites.
How about recommendations for lodging, restaurants and the dive shop?
Stayed at Cove Resort Palau which was very nice and well located to the dive shop. The dive shop Fish and Fins was very organized and had great guides. The best restaurant we eat at was Elilai Seaside Dining.
