I really appreciate you all sticking by me this past year and honestly making it the best year of my life! i think i found that something i’ve been dealing with like for forever is “derealization” because tonight i was “disassociating” particularly badly leading me to a rabbit hole of looking things up leading to “oh so this is what derealization and disassociation is”. i don’t know if i am using the terms right, so forgive me if i mixed them up, putting a name to the feeling is still new for me. it is nice to have a name for it but it didn’t pull me out of the state though so i just put on youtube to auto play as i finished this paper for school tomorrow anyways all this to say that the beginning part of this script really stuck with me like wow the plants are growing the birds are flying the world is turning and life is going on and something about that i think finally pulled me out of whatever state i was in i don’t still know particularly what it is but the best i can describe it was for the past few days i just haven’t felt “real” but that brought me back to reality if that makes sense, and i feel real again and i want to see life again and be more than just a passive bystander again. thank you 🙇
