    "install screen bracket on left side of printer" when they clearly show the right side.. thanks. Also left out the VERY important part of using the T4 nuts to attach the screen mount, without those, the screws have nothing to hold on to...this video has A LOT of good points and is overall informative but, there are also a few places where things feel a bit rushed or glossed over that are actually important and crucial to properly assembling a printer, a few more seconds here or there to show a piece and its orientation before going on for example, especially when it comes to the whole belt and nozzle assembly, would be really helpful

    1:14 I couldn't take off the coupling, the bottom screw was on so tight. Not sure if I'm correct, but the top screw is for tightening the coupler onto the t screw and the bottom one is for tightening the coupler onto the z-axis motor. Since the coupler coming off is absent in the paper instructions, I figure it didn't actually need to come off. Hopefully.

    • @mushnoodle
      @mushnoodle 3 года назад +2

    When leveling, I have to move the printhead over the print bed with the controller. The recommendation how to level (auto home -> disable motors -> move bed manually), does not work for me. I have aligned the frame so well that the travel in Z is very smooth and the X-axis already lowers slowly by itself when the motors are switched off. Therefore I recommend to change the end gcode which is "M18" by default to "M18 X Y E".
    Also, is there a firmware update coming that switches off the nozzle fan that is running all the time? Or is there a possibility to set a temperature from when the fan starts?

      leave it for a bit while the printer heats up, it takes a while maybe 10 minutes or so which is dumb even tho its advertised to take 5 mins which is still ridiculous

    Don't buy it. They will send out printers that have been returned and still don't work. There customer service is a joke they will trouble shoot it send you parts and after 30 days they say we cant help you. I have 2 voxelab aquila and between the 2 I have no working printers and cant get a response from customer service. Beware of this company.

    You didn’t give me the same coupler and it comes undone when filament goes through it. No clip included either. Don’t buy this thing you’ll just have a giant paper weight

    Maybe it's just me, but the video is about as clear as the manual, which is to say, not at all. I just got to 2:59 and I haven't a clue if I have the parts on the track backwards or something. The video doesn't show how it SHOULD look. It was also confusing installing the Z motor b/c I didn't realize until 5 minutes later that they turned the printer around.
