We do have a lot of good BBQ around, so that sounds like a great plan!
If I was in Dallas, Texas I would go to Smokys Joes barbecue restaurant. All the barbecue looks delicious!! I just wish he had sides of smoky & spicy collard greens, cornbread, and smoky and spicy black eye peas with meat, and creole potato salad.
Those sound like some wonderful suggestions! We do know that they have an extended menu on the weekends you should ask about when you visit.
