"Steve Bannon, the former Trump campaign manager turned MAGA-world podcaster, may be headed to jail sooner rather than later after federal prosecutors in Washington, D.C. filed a motion Tuesday asking he begin serving his jail sentence.
The DOJ asked U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols to order Bannon to begin serving his four-month prison sentence for contempt of Congress following Bannon losing an appeal last week.
“Consequently, there is no longer a ‘substantial question of law that is likely to result in a reversal or an order for a new trial,’” the motion read, citing Bannon losing his appeal, adding that “Under these circumstances, the Court ‘shall order’ defendant ‘be detained,’ so the stay of sentence must be lifted.”"

The party of "law and order" is losing its mind over the fact that their guys are facing consequences for breaking the law.
