A reporter asked how it will be enforced and Gov Stitt said "We're going to monitor them." Another reporter asked why he was doing this. Gov Stitt replied, "to protect our women." implying only women's bathrooms will be "monitored"?? And how will gender be determined? And how does this "protect our women"????
