Varun Sir, saying 40-45 questions required to clear the cut off is misleading. Psychologically, Aspirant out of fear and law of avg, will attempt 80 questions atleast in worst case scenario. In such cases, 45 correct questions will not ensure selection.
For only 45 correct questions to be enough, student have to attempt 67 questions, which is very unlikely

Well attempting 80 ques blindly is stupidity. Last year I attempted 64 ques only yet cleared the GS cutoff. Unfortunately csat became the roadblock for me

@@asthabaranwal670 I didn't say attempt it blindly. Everyone has their strength and weakness, your's strength was accuracy, but in general aspirants have tendency to attempt around 80 generally due to law of averages. There is no definitive number in which you can qualify. Even I cleared the GS cut off but I attempted around 80, although in test series last year I used to attempt 95 questions. As per the difficulty you need to adapt and there is no definitive number. Hope you understand the point.

Great video sir. As always. Thank you! Please do share a couple of paper attempting strategies. 1) Going sequentially 1-100 or going section wise after flipping. Going section wise sometimes doesn’t seem efficient if subjects are too interspersed with each other.

Hey! Though you asked him but thought of sharing- make sure in the first 15 minutes- atleast 12-13 questions are attempted- helps make the momentum- once done keep flipping the pages after few minutes- helps soak the shock-and prepares mind for what lies ahead. Start with polity- the most static and straightforward part. See all 100 Qns
