Amazing! I want to build something similar, but I think that the servos will break after only couple of minutes of flight right? Is there a way to make the servo last?
takemura can you expect or think that is possible take with GIMBAL BRUSHLESS MOTORS ? , i know are 2000 deg/s is 3 times more fast than 0.09 than more servors selleds , also could completly silencious or missing , can you expect or think about make anything as this? thank you for inspire me and the idea that i want make my bird and i get two Gymbal motor brushless to try .. and what do you think about this motors ? you test it ? thank you
I actuall;y could not find any of them. for example looking for 66TM0.4 Acetal GWS EPS D, 60TM0.4 GWS EPS D , 64P8TPinionWire or Pinion Gear M04 12T - all I see are links to your youtube channel :)
The gear you are looking for is the gear that Mr. Kakuta is using. Refer to the parts list on the following page. www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?1737587-Kazu-Orni-Making-of-SnowyOwl/page33 RUclips website of kakuta ruclips.net/user/results?search_query=kakuta+kazuhiko
Way nicer then the motor, quiet, almost no noise great job.
thanks

Hiii I hv made an ornithopter using bldc now i m planning to make it with servos....is that good idea.... Or servo will damage after some flights???
DId you use 3D print to link servo and wing
How are you stopping servo same position when throttle off ?. It's nice idea for glide
Because the servo motor is used, it is possible to stop at the set position according to the programming setting.
Looking good. Which is better? Brushless or servo?
Servo drives are not very powerful
A gear drive is more advantageous with a brushless motor if you enjoy the flight.
many thanks. I really appriciate your work

I have no knowledge of gimbal motors.
I can not advise. sorry.
@@y.takemura8488 thank you alike
So it's full thrust is given by servo?
I'm not sure.
where can I find the gear set you are using ? I could not google them
Which gearbox is it?

y. takemura many thanks. Do you know where can i buy them?
I think that the URL is listed in the rightmost column of the parts list.
