I have this model of t/d I love it. To get the best from the machine I recommend you remove both filters and clean after each use.There are two things I wish the machine had 1: A warning light to alert the user that condenser drawer is full. 2: Reverse tumble dry although this dryer is amazing at taking care of clothing it's rubbish at drying sheets they end up in a ball resulting in wet and dry patches.This annoys me as the machine wasn't cheap. That aside I would still recommend it.
@@lords-electrical So if I see dust from clothes though the little air holes right about where the condenser is, then I can't clean it myself at all? 😮 That seems like a pretty big problem to overlook on their part. 🤔
Hi , I had the same issue with my iq800 clothes stayed damp. You have to make sure to always have some water in the condenser. The reason is so it can flush the condenser usually in first few minutes from starting and at the end. How I fixed the issue...buy turning the dryer 5 to 6 times just to rinse the condenser...simple and works.hope this help.
We have the iq700 and it'd good but the drying part not so sure my clothes are always damp yet the dryer takes upto even 4hours so I don't understand what we are doing wrong
Is your dryer with self cleaning condenser? If it so make sure that you always have some water in condenser so when dryer starts it can rinse the condenser. What I did ...I turn my dryer 5 or 6 times just to rinse the condenser( in first couple of minutes it does rinsing) and now it dries properly. Hope this helps.
Great video thanks! I have a question, been using this tumble dryer for 3 year, however the fluff now bypasses the filters and accumulates at the bottom of the condenser. is there any way to clean it, as the dryer takes now hours to dry 1 load....Any advice much appreciated!
Couple of things. Has your model got the self cleaning condenser unit or can you take it out at the bottom? Also just check to make sure the filter is still in good condition so it is not broken at all. One final thing is that some Siemens dryers have a setting to adjust the time of the programmes depending on the ambient temperature that the dryer is sitting in. May be worth finding the instructions to see if yours has it as you may be able to speed the programmes up a bit if it has. Good luck!!!

When the filters are removed I had a peek through and there is a lot "mud" like stuff on the bottom with some water. Pet blankets and lots of children clothing goes on a daily basis.
Hello. We have this set up so that the water collects in the pull out drawer. Sometimes, this drawer is empty but there is water in the bottom of the machine condenser compartment. Can you explain why there is water in the condenser compartment [behind the drop down flap, on the front of the machine].
Quite a few heat pump dryers will clean the condenser unit at the end of the cycle. The way it does this is to take the water from the water container and send it through the condenser unit and then sending it back to the water container
It will be 4 Hours 19 minutes to start with, but as the dryer has a sensor built in, then the time will normally be reduced a lot once it has detected the moisture content and how dry you need the clothes
No on most tumble dryers now, they don't reverse tumble. This is due to them having better paddles inside the drum to rotate the clothes, so reverse tumble isn't required.
@@lords-electrical they have only 2 paddles, and try to dry a set of bedding shit and then tell me if the inverted ritation is required 😨 it make abig balls dry outside and all wet inside in 2020 not even inverter motor crazy bosch germany tecnology😩
we have a IQ500 and they are utter garbage. not once have we had a load finish dry, they are always damp. i'd never buy one again. the traditional heating element tumble dryer may use more electricity, but I can achieve in one hour what takes four in the heat pump model.... so that makes them pretty much equal in terms of power usage.

Quite a few of the Siemens dryers have a fixed self cleaning condenser unit so the can't be removed

Is there special shelve for shoes to use while drying?
This model doesn't come with the shelf for the shoes unfortunately.
It doesn't come with it but you can buy one as it has the holes in the filter and the lip at the top of the inside to support it

Machine starts working for completing cycle of 2 hours but stops after 5 minutes even after restarting
First thing to try is to make sure the filters are clean, as this can stop the machine from operating
