I used to drive 08752 when it was working at cardiff steelworks (Allied steel & wire). it had a new paint job then into its current liverie. pity its looking abit rough tho. railway companys should be looking after these gronks, not scrapping them. great video, thanks for posting!
Interesting to on this (and other Didcot 08 videos) how much minor bucking there is over the pointwork. I've been beating myself up about very minor variations over the Peco bullhead model pointwork I've just laid on my shunting plank, but it looks fairly small compared to this prototype example
Super to see the little 08 still working away as if brand new!
Love these 0-6-0 diesels cheers!! from america .

I see 08752 around a lot at Didcot, but it's always just sitting there. And that class 66 was unusually clean!
glad you enjoyed - I was lucky to catch it working.
Thanks for your Comments - problem is the gronks were all taken for granted but now not many left their being missed.

Top quality stuff!
This is probably who devious diesels works now that 40 work for them:).
Your worthy Topham Hatt thinks we need to learn. We diesels don't need to learn. We are revolutionary.
Oh! If you're revo-thing-ummy, perhaps you should fetch my cars while I fetch Gordon's coaches.
Diesels Will Always Win Instead Of Stinky Steamies
@@Trainboy452 duck was mean to diesel he could have at least helped diesel instead of rudely laughing at him
We know he probably wasn't scrapped,so I suppose he works here now.
Hey, it's Diesel!
08s rock
Mainland diesel!
Is that all u can hold??, SW 1500's loads are longer!!
Nightmare Fredbear keep in mind this is the UK
This is a shunter engine. It's shunting cars for a train. It can haul much longer trains.
