I just gone of these Special SL geetars. Man, they sound great! The design seems like between a Studio and smallar than Standard LP. I play mine w Soul food pedal and Red knob twin. It just rips...becoming my go to. Mine is black like yours w a few scars...
Blazer back on for the awesome tone rundown! One slab of mahogany, it's all anyone needs for great tones. All that maple cap does is add weight to an already weighty instrument. Heh.
