Does Toyota have something against center rest? 😅 how does it perform compared to the new "Grand Vitara"? 🤔 I don't think I'll ever get used to tht tyre repair kit cause I like to get my hands dirty and change the whole damn tyre like a real man lol. Great review as always 👏🏿 💯

    Hi, sir.
Can you press the horn in your videos?
There are different QUALITY of horn sounds. It would be nice to hear it in your reviews.

Is it required by law to have a spare? No spare is a negative for me. With these roads there's a good chance you have a flat that cannot be fixed

Firstly, I was surprised when I saw this because last I checked Toyota wasnt bringing this car to the Caribbean(they have Corolla Cross's to sell afterall). On that note this is a import and yes the Japanese annoys the hell out of me and for the money I would be paying, I wouldnt want it, especially in my instrument cluster and my headunit that I cannot change to an aftermarket one. There are also non equivalent things in those panels in the manuals so you wont have any clue as to what they are which for the main instrument panel is serious.
On the matter of the other features of the car,the lack of spare wheel is a cost cutting, the non hybrid version has one. The ground clearance for a crossover is a bit low, the Suzuki Ciaz, a sedan, has the same ground clearance. Dimensions wise the car is about the size of a Vitara, what I find funny is that the Vitara is able to cope better with back seat folk better than this car which is longer. Also was the bonnet closed when you took the shots at the front? Reason being it looked like there was a cap on the right above the headlight. On the matter of what is underneath the bonnet, that 3 cylinder is so noisy it reminds me of a diesel, that is really and incentive not to push the car lest you hear that chattering at the front that makes you feel that the engine is going to drop out with a vibrating steering wheel to match. Also you didnt mention this car doesnt have a centre armrest which is a decent draw card these days. Finally, I wouldnt waste my money on ADAS, that stuff is built for first world countries, that tech is build for countries that have consistent, clear road markings, smooth roads and consistent signage. Its just added cost with alot of false positive or it not working because it doesnt have the proper road markings to do so for the extra cost you paid. To anyone looking at this, look at a Vitara instead, you get more cabin and trunk space despite being slightly smaller, you get a better interior and if were being honest that hybrid isnt going to help you much on your fuel consumption overall due to a)the increased cost for that hybrid and b) that 3 cylinder engine drinking fuel must faster at the slightest tap of your right foot compared to a 4 cylinder.

Could the owner of one of these vehicles call you to help with learning how to understand it better

Sure. However, due to the amount of calls and my dayjob, it's hard to just answer. So a whats app message first helps. I'm working on my replies via whats app.
