it's a filter from my video editor. Though you can try to open Nvidia control panel > Adjust desktop color settings > set Digital vibrance to 75%.
You'll not have the exact same color, but it looks quite similar

@@WithExcalibur I believe he's talking about the Indonesian government banning some important domains that are not willing to register to the government's database like Steam and Paypal (I don't know that much about this but it's something of that sort). Fortunately Riot Games is not banned, so it's all good!
