Getting dentures that fit well and that you're happy with is so important. It sounds like your dentist had a wide selection for you to choose from, which is fantastic. That's great to hear that you were able to get top-of-the-line partial dentures that you really like! It's also smart to put in your warranty on Monday - that will give you added peace of mind and protection for your new dentures.
Enjoy your new smile! We're glad the process of selecting and receiving your partials went so smoothly. Wishing you all the best with them.

What is a "Jump" I'm a dentist that has never heard that term. Thanks!

Good morning! A "jump" is when a patient likes the teeth on their removable prosthetic, but needs the pink material changed. This usually involves setting the teeth in a cast, grinding away the pink material, and reinjecting the prosthetic with the valplast.

I want to know if valplast has a one year warranty? I had mine less than a year and a tooth broke off.

Valplast has a lifetime warranty. If your Valplast appliance was prescribed after October 1st, 2009 it would have come with a Valplast Certificate of Authenticity (should come from your dentist). This certificate contains a unique 25 digit serial number that can be used to register your denture online. Valplast appliances that were prescribed prior to October 2009 do not require registration. What is a jump? My valplast partial has a hairline crack in the base and it's only 3 years old. I'm so disappointed that I spent over $1100 and no one can fix it. I had a new partial (flipper) made and I hate it; it's like a monstrosity in my mouth. Why can't they re-coat or re-surface the base to re-inforce it?

We're sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, we are unable to treat patients as we are a dental lab. We recommend meeting with your dentist and discussing the situation with them. They will be able to help you and provide you with the support you need!

I learned something today if you have there flexible teeth you can add future missing teeth, or you go to your dentist and have them make you a set of flexible partials like I have I'm going to call my dentist on Monday and get an appointment to have my uppers done because I love my lowers now I'm getting my next because I want my uppers and lowers both to be the same brand it's worth the effort
