  • This is quite possibly my best video so far. And this is one truly incredible all original 1970 Chevy Chevelle SuperSport 454, 360 hp. The car has under 70,000 miles. The interior is completely unrestored and perfect in every way. It even has the original rubber floor mats. The car was repainted in 1990 but is otherwise untouched. The engine has never been out of the car and still has the original radiator and starter. The trunk is untouched and has the original spare tire. I photographed this car over 20 years ago for a muscle car calendar series I created back then which was the actual inception of Muscle in the Mountains
We specialize in photographing and videoing classic muscle cars and other great rides like Ford, Chevy, Mopar, Chrysler, Dodge, Studebaker and AMC.
Thank you all so much for your interest and support of this channel. We are so blessed.
Muscle in the Mountains 2023 Muscle Car Calendar and our 44 page magazine are available now on our website www.muscleinthemountains.com
If you have a vehicle you would like to have photographed please let us know
I shot this video on a Samsung Galaxy s21 with a DJI OM5 gimbal for super smooth footage and no camera shake. If you are interested, I will leave a link below where you can purchase this gimbal for yourself. And yes, as an Amazon associate I do get a portion of the sale.

I had a buddy that bought a ss 454 Chevelle in Fort Collins in 1970. He took it to Bandimere Speedway and ran high 12's complete stock. Amazing car.

I think someone is pulling my leg here, there is no way an original engine ever came that perfectly painted and with no over spray. Nice car but I don't buy that it's completely original except paint 😅

Love the '70 Chevelle's. In my opinion, they're the best muscle cars ever built. For years, I thought there were only two mist green '70 SS-454 Chevelle's built. My plain Jane LS-5, M-22, dark green bench seat interior car and a fully optioned LS-6 car with stripes. I never heard of this vinyl top, mist green car before today. My information was obviously wrong. I owned my car for 15 years and have regretted selling it ever since. My current hot rod ('50 Chevy) is a 4 speed, 454 car that pays homage to the '70 Chevelle I never should have sold. 😃

Yeah, and authenticate that it hasn't been restored. I'm not buying that unless PGN verifies. Beautiful car, sure looks like a restoration. Never seen a 53 year old gas tank shine like that, lol. If it is original, it is phenomenal

That thing is a beauty!!! My Dad owns and still drives his 1970 Chevelle Malibu. It’s the Astro blue color. Small block 350 under the hood. Dad’s tried to keep it as original as possible over the years. Kudos to the owner of that SS Chevelle! Such a clean car! I wished they still made the Chevelle that way. I wished Chevy would reissue the 1970 Chevelle. I’d buy one!

      Hey zach!
There's a car company(not chevrolet) that has announced a reissued 70ss chevelle that can be ordered in different car color and engine options. Even convertibles. But they ain't cheap. Well over 💲100.000 and higher depending on options. They can be checked out on the internet👍

    I bought a new 1995
    FireHawk Formula,
kept it to 2011 with only
5,700 miles, garage kept never drove it in rain and had a carpet under the car the whole time I kept it,
    Still like show room new,
but some of the parts started to dry rot,
    Plastic nobs under hood,
Cushion for rear axle bumps started to get dry rotted,
I used to spray WD40 under the car then wipe down with a towel.
Very hard to keep a car show room clean for over 50 years..

Even though the green probably isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, I do have to say I have never seen a super sport that’s green on green with no stripes and the non functional cowl hood. Very interesting.

Has anyone ever thought about matching someones face with the face of a 70 chevelle. I would picture a very natural good looking guy with a cute babyface and very clear skin. The hair maybe mid length about half way over the ears. Somebody with a very kind peesonaliry, gentle easy going kind of a guy but with a beautiful face. Thats my opinion if the 70 chevelle was a person.

that engine is way too clean for 70k miles. id bet its been out or so close to been out all pulled apart and a new cam and repainted. the chrome looks to have been redone too. ive fully rebuilt several big blocks and small blocks and the paint has never looked that good on any of them after about 20k miles much less 70k miles. the manifolds are too clean as well.
