  • There's not much point of increasing the power output of any scooters engine if its gearbox is not able to transmit the increased performance to the rear wheel.
The more aggressive acceleration provided by the S.I.P Drive Pulley is enabled by including a pair of asymmetrically angled linear slots. This allows the motor to quickly rise to a higher rev range while retaining an optimal torque delivery, ensuring transmission of the complete motor performance to the rear wheel.
The original items are equipped with curved slots which create a noticeable lag in acceleration, are mass-produced, badly balanced (if at all) and the potential quality of these engines suffers enormously as a result.
⚠️ The S.I.P Drive Pulley is a useful for both tuned and standard motors.
The POLINI 3G Clutch can safely be fitted to standard specification motors and is also compatible with performance motors, whatever the state of tune! Its precise manufacture ensures a fine balance, so minimizing unnecessary vibration in the drive train at high revs.
The clever clutch adjustment mechanism makes it more simple to achieve an ideal set up quickly. Allen bolts are responsible for the pre-load adjustment of the small clutch springs, without having to remove the clutch from the motor!

If you have other performance parts like an upgraded varietor, rollers, exhaust, etc… it’s worth it but if you’re going to use it only with stock parts then is not that much, but it does make a difference!

Hey nice chanel, whats the top speed now, does it go faster? Also just a suggestion, maybe don't put music on while you drive so we can hear the engine better.

Hey! Thanks for the comment and the support!
It does not improve much on top speed, but it does make a huge different in acceleration, torque, and smoothness! It really makes the bike feel faster and more responsive!
Thanks for your suggestion, I’ve considere including the exhaust audio on it, but since I don’t have my performance exhaust anymore, it not really a enjoyable sounds as you think it would, but thanks for mentioning that! I’ll see what I can do! ✌️🙌🔥
      Peace✌️

@@TheScooterBud Ty for the answer. Nice, actualy the medium speed performance is more important and more fun. I might invest in a variator and exhaust in future

Yeah! More than 60-70mph fully loaded like that feel sketchy to me lol 😂
Yeah it does make a huge differences! If you watch this video: ruclips.net/video/7nMZEAjvr6I/видео.html that was right after I installed that full Polini kit and around minute 9:48 I even said I that I feel that I did a bore kit to it! 🤪😂 hahaha

Hello from Romania . Quick question : i have a 2023 Vespa GTS 300 HPE Super Sport with 4000 km , and i recently upgraded it with a Polini Speed Bell Evolution , Polini Black Rollers 13 grams , but also changed the belt with a Piaggio original belt and also a new original Piaggio V-Belt Pulley . The clutch remained the original one , but at some low speed acceleration and then braking , or when i release the throttle at low speeds , i can hear a metallic rattling sound coming from the transmission , It sounds like some keys are dangling in your pocket over some coins , something like that , for a short period of time , maybe 1 second . Have you experienced this sound after changing things at transmission ? Many thanks

Hello from Florida☀️! Thank you so much for sharing your upgrade experience with your Vespa GTS 300 HPE Super Sport. It sounds like you've made some exciting modifications! Regarding the metallic rattling sound from the transmission, most of the time, adjustments in new components can lead to new sounds. However, rattle sounds are a common thing for Vespas transmission but once they have wear out a bit, not brand new ones, if I were you, I would go over everything again, recheck everything is been torque correctly and that there are any loose parts. Wishing you safe and enjoyable rides ahead! Peace ✌️

@@TheScooterBud Hello again and thanks for the answer . I just checked all the modifications again and it seems that the new rattle sound is from the new Speed Bell clutch which is lighter than the original one and also has bigger sound resonance because of the lighter material . But , the sound is not annoying or anything , because i hear it only sometimes , and for 1 second . By the way , only with this changes (12 grams rollers , new sliders and Polini Speed Bell clutch bell) i managed to obtain 7,8 - 8 seconds from 0 to 60 mph . I will also post new videos when the weather is ok :) . Have a nice day .

@@TheScooterBud Do you have any idea why Polini and others are making clutches without cooling fins ? I just a bought a Polini Sport Clutch without cooling fins, but i also have the Polini Clutch Bell Evolution wich has better cooling properties than the OEM bell. After 500 km all looks and feels good , but i still don't know why there are clutches without cooling fins ....
