I don't know why I haven't thought of arping an arp! Very cool. I made 4 tracks just off the idea you presented in the first 1.5 mins today. Thanks for this! Now.... for the rest of the video.

Hi dear friend, i started using Ableton Live a few months ago and your videos helped me in so many level and i thank you for that! But i have a little question, in what Plugins or VST should i invest? I aks that because, i feel like there is not enough dope sound in the bank soud that i can use(i used to use Reason 9 before i turn to Ableton and i can feel the differences on it) or something that can help me to make a better mix and to devellop my sound on a higher level. Maybe is because i just started to use Ableton and it will take me times before i master but i'd like to hear some of your suggestions on some Plugins and VST to get

When I play a triad with a right hand (eg. Am1) I want *first* and the *third* keys to be played two octaves below (not the middle key), how can I achieve this in ableton? Also I'd like to be able to play a chord and two octaves below the root key to be triggered (not the rest of the keys) depending on the chord I play. Is there such function yet?

    6:03 Don't just turn up the chance to "a high number". Turn it up to 100 - 100 / [number of different samples]. In this case, that would be 100 - 100 / 5 = 100 - 20 = 80.
Or just make your life simple, turn it up to 100%, set choices to the exact number of samples, and put a Pitch MIDI device with -1 in front of the Random device. Thanks to pitching the original note one semitone down, you don't even want the original note.
