Actually real ans hai ki - apni goverment ka pressure aata hai apne country ki press aur journalists pe aur kuch jo acha kaam karna chate hai aunko threats aati hai ....

The question wasn't why we are in 150th rank ... It was.... As the world know India is world's largest democracy but also rank 150 in press freedom so how we can say that it's have freedom and democracy. (Not word to word but a summary of the question)
And one more thing that do you really think that in the era of internet one can influence/stop a news... If there is something wrong that will spread like fire in social media. No one can stop.
I don't know how much authentic the rank is or whether we should believe this but still we Indian should work for this... that if there are such news channel/portal which are corrupted (politically or by anything) we shouldn't watch their content and should support those who brings the raw news, it's our responsibility as an Indian. Cause in India, Indians are most powerful if they united, it's a democracy.
