Being ticklish is all in the mind. Unless you're Andre, part of it is the response to unexpected contact. So it would make sense that if Katie was expecting tickling, she wouldn't be responsive. Then there's Andre. You laughed at the expectation of being tickled. Overall, I think that was one of your best videos, even if you didn't exactly get the response you were hoping for.
