    Thank you very much doctor for the exercises. I have C6-7 and T 7-8 (mild degenerative discs). Can you suggest exercises for that? Thank you. Julia

      For mild DDD the key is to keep moving. Cat/cows and thread the needles would be a good place to start. I can make a separate video on the topic as well.

      I have advanced lumbar and cervical degenerative discs, so would also appreciate a separate video, thanks! I’m 70, still very active and exercise regularly (including all those shown in this video) but always looking for more targeted exercises.
