    Great informative session, thank you so much! How to combine between strengthening and stability? Or you think that strengthening will lead to stability?
    I felt down two years back and had an injury with the left patellar tendon causing pain at the patellar pool specially when standing for some time.

      @@hima9653 Muscle Strength provides Joint Stability…if that makes sense 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

    It sounds like you recommend small step ups before split squats or reverse lunges if you have knee issues. My right knee tends to cave in with single leg exercises and I tweak it as a result. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for the great video!

      Knees tend to cave in when glute med is weak. You could start there. Toe Taps is the next regression from step up. Single leg bridge if you want to do on floor. Good luck! 💪🏻
