without the uplift, the quickest way is up the push-up track. if not, either book the uplift or pay £4 a go for pay as you go. i would highly recommend the uplift, push-up is a killer
@@jamesperkins1699i always book online a few days before to ensure availability. however like i said sometimes you can do pay as you go, as long as there are free spaces available.
When you start the push up alongside launchpad keep going up Instead of turning left to the steep walk. As you're coming up to the biginning of launchpad look straight ahead and there's an incline, not hard, go up there until you see a blue sign. Go through there and you'll come out by the main trailhead. Much easier than going up the push up.
it’s okay. takes about 15-20 minutes to walk up to the top. you can pay as you go on the uplift though which is £4 a go depending on availability. would highly recommend
@@AWMTBYTtry changing brake position or grips aswell. I bought a new specialized enduro and me arms kept crampin. Put me brakes horizontal and i feel wayyyy betta
“Trigger finger” is the condition of your finger. It happens when a tendon, or the area around a tendon gets inflamed - in your case due to bouncing around on a bike all day downhill. Sometimes it can get stuck and you need a steroid injection. Strength training won’t help … gloves might 👍🏻
Smashed it bro. 👌🏽🤟🏽😎. The drop on gbu is smaller if you keep to the left of the stone slab 🤔👌🏽

@@AWMTBYT Did the push-up track twice yesterday, thought I was gonna have a heart attack! Do you book the uplift prior to arrival on website?
