I had osseaus surgery so far on right side 2 quandrants was told emdogain being used, the pain has been unbearable. Is this normal? I was given amoxicillin, a week prednisone pack, Tylenol 3w/ codeine and ibuprofen 400mgs and a mouthwash Chkorhexidine gluconate oral rinse to use twice a day. This is the second week each surgery done a week apart. Its been so painful I’ve only been eating soft food ice crea, jello, fortify drinks since everything else hurts. My jaw swells up I’ve been icing it and it helps. Buy I still need to do the other 2 quadrants in a couple of weeks since surgeon is on vacation. I, I just a weakling in pain or is this normal? When I went back after the 1st quadrant to do the 2nd I asked surgeon if he would consider doing laser instead and he said no started this way had to complete it this way or infection would move to other sites.
When I first went in it was just for a normal deep root scaling and my numbers were only 3 and 4s but I din note that the hygienist used fluoride gave a a small cio told me swish then use tongue to spread around, that seemed unusual since years prior I was had Arestin antibiotic placed in the gum area after the cleaning. Could this have cause the issue because when I went back I was told had a bad infection and my numbers were all 5s and I needed the osseaus surgery. I had zero pain before and now it’s unbearable and can not eat normally. What do you think could be the problem. I don’t want to complain because surgeon seemed annoyed when I asked to switch to laser and he said was dangerous could go to my heart and brain. But I had no issues or pain before. I’m a little upset also that I was not told my gums would recede since they look much higher on the one side completed and as a woman I don’t like the huge triangles. At this point I need to know why I have so much pain, can you please explain why it is so painful it’s been a week today since the 2nd quadrant completed and I’m still on ice cream, jello and honestly I’d rather not eat since it hurts too much, please help me understand what could possible be wrong. I have finished the 2nd round of antibiotics and all other medications. So nowI have no more pain medication. Please let me know. Please.

My second left side premolar teeth root canal treatment is going on so if I extract it and preserve my socket through forming blood cloth for the regrowing of new teeth through keeping the paste of nagarmotha herb on my socket area minimum 2 hours everyday , taking proper diet for my gums and teeth strength and vitality , doing oil puling with coconut oil, massage on that socket area with my own tounge
And with my finger on all my gum area of mouth and that preserved socket area whole day continuous till 6 to 7 months it will activate the mechanism of teeth regeneration or teeth formation in my socket area.
This remides are not fake, My 2 friend and there some relative who had tried these these for six months and there teeth starts coming out within 6 to 7 months and whole teeth was came out within 13 to 18 months.
My friends tell me that this remide heal the all gum area of mouth and I socket area also which activities the mechanism of teeth formation or regeneration inside the socket area.
So I want to try this remide for for 6 to 8 months if my teeth regenerates and comes out from my preseved socket area the it is well and good.

Permanent tooth can't regrow.
Secondly, tooth preservation can't be for months. There's a process called tooth re-implantation wherein tooth is re fixed within minutes .
Ur tooth is firm otherwise and can be saved by dental treatment. Continue with it. Don't take such chances based on single case results.
