      @@albertkwan4261 it depends entirely on one’s asset and cashflow, and perhaps more importantly financial knowledge. There is so much more about properties, cashflow than mere capital gain and rental yield. Revolving loan? Bullet loan? You name it, most of the folks don’t even know.
      There are reasons why the capable people are still buying properties mate, cheers 😉

      Say properties account for 90% of my assets, true, your point is very valid.
      What if properties account for just 20% or even 10% of my assets, which is indeed the case for many? I wouldn’t even care if comes with a 1% yield
