These are very safe to Use since they Don't Dazzle oncoming traffic on low beams. Also make sure you don't flash high beams on traffic in the opposite direction because if you do it then you will get to hear some melodious words which you will not like

i am trying to upgrade my tiago BS4 bulb (55 60 W) by philips H4 Rally 90/100W . Do you suggest i should use your recommended LED? BUt the tata service center suggests to use philips H4 Rally 90/100W with the relay?? Please suggest which one we can use i am fed up with low strength yellow light of my new tiago (only 4 mnths old). I do not want to void my service and also do not want to put extra pressure on battery. Pls suggest.
In your case 90/100 watt definitely puts more stress on the car as well as the headlamps housing will also run hotter resulting in premature wear.
Also Led will be plug and Play. Look for CREE LED

Installing LEDs in conventional reflector type assembly is illegal as per my knowledge.. please make it clear to me .
Any change you do even a higher wattage bulb from the stock specs is illegal.
Regarding this LED which I have used has got a clear cutoff unlike the cheap ones which are based on cob technology and also are not designed to support reflector.

Fogs are mostly single beam so no. You will need something other than h4 according to the fog lamps

Cob LEDs does not have a good beam pattern, these ones are much effective

Led specification is different from halogen. So the calculation of 55/60 for halogen does not hold True and same for LED
Just to confirm, did you remove your dust covers and leave them off?
Initially we did keep the dust caps away but just within a week we cut it to fit the bulb and they are like that for a year now
Bro i have installed hid kit (h4 type in dzire) but u r getting lower beam on during the time of upper beam (i.e both are working in upper beam) but in my case why only one works ?
That's because how they are made. H4 reflector is not made for HID

Please see the high beam pattern spread on a 4 lane highway in dead of the night then you will understand that led headlights are great for city night driving I have already tried led headlights but switched back to 55w hid 6000k for night driving
harshal ranade yes I do believe hid is still best , am with you on this but hid should not be used in reflector setup as the beam bounces off in all directions blinding oncoming traffic

Rahil Chodanker use hid that come with anti glare shield that reduces the glare for the oncoming traffic

First of all Tigor does not have LED which comes as stock. It comes with halogen bulb. I can confirm the same as i have Tigor. Also these are brighter than tigor halogen.
Now if you have tiago then then go for the same bulbs , Bulb type H4 and choose emitting color as 4300k so that you get those tubes, so that you can use it if whenever you want. simple :)

Yes that's rite. Only high beam is somewhat close to this as on Tigor both low and high beam bulbs glow when you switch to high beam

LED or even HID on reflectors aren't great idea be it any bulbs. Strongly recommend to go with projector fitting or else 90/100W bulbs with relay is best bet, which too is fully plug and play.
But Bro the cutoff is very sharp and does not dazzle or trouble oncomming traffic at all, on low beam ofcorse.Its designed by taking reflectors in mind. Projector is preferable but these work like a charm. Trust me on this.

The lumen rating is the sum total of max rating of the chips under ideal conditions. There is no way it's going to give you consistent 6400lm.
Chinese sellers are also known to mention lumens of both the bulbs together rather than lumens per bulb.
High end cars have 2000-4500lm (per headlight) of LED or HID lighting and perform much much better than this.

Led headlights are not successful for bad weather and highways because below 5000k colored light is better but if you go above that than it is not successful, even company fitted honda city led headlight also not successful for bad weather and highway.
