How to accept a phone call when streaming with your BTE hearing aids

Follow these steps to answer a phone call when streaming TV audio to your BTE hearing aids:
1. When your phone rings, you will hear the ring tone from your phone in your hearing aids.
2. To answer the incoming call on a compatible mobile device, simply short press the push button on your right hearing aid and your hearing aids will automatically stop the audio signal from the TV-Streamer+.
3. To end an ongoing call, once again short press the push button on your right hearing aid.
4. The hearing aids will automatically switch back to the TV-Streamer+ audio signal.
Please note: Not all phones are compatible to answering with the hearing aid push button. To answer calls without the push button, simply answer calls on your mobile device and the audio will stream to your hearing aids.
