What a unique recipe! I never thought pulao can be made without onions and lots of tomatoes. Aadha time to waisay hi bach gaya. I usually try all ur recipes and they r all good. This one is not authentic. He has excluded major condiments to be added into the pulao to make it flavorful. I live in Hyderabad and can guarantee you, this recipe will not give you the same taste, you can find in Hyderabad.

I make pulao a lot since my susral is from Hyderabad and my mother in law taught me authentic recipes but once in a while u have to try something different and Afzal's recipes r different and tasteful. Kabhi kabhi kuch naya bhi try karna chahiye. ♥♥♥
