Thanks Bob and Jenny for another excellent video. Many years ago when we lived on the Letchworth side of Hitchen my mum used to work for a company over in Royston. Was also lovely to see the Woodgreen charity shop. We got my dog “Scamp” from the Wood Green Animal Centre which was nearby and I have so many lovely memories of him.
Hello Bob, Jenny and little Poppy, enjoyed your walk on the Royston Town Trail, the church was stunning inside, interesting about the cobbled street which helped the horse get a grip as they pulled their carts. The Tudor fronted building was very nice, the Priory gardens were pretty, nice to see the memorial. Very interesting to see King Charles 1st Palace. Little Poppy wanting to go through the gates, her little face. Very interesting , Julie and Tony x
So sad we missed you. You practically drove past our house! (and Mrs Straight to Sleep!) Sadly the Picture Palace has closed down. The chippy is brilliant! I was networking in the Banyers last night!
Lovely video Bob and Jenny looks a lovely place to explore I have heard of Royston from visiting my cousins who lived in borehamwood but never been must look into visiting all the best Daniel

Thanks you two.
All I can remember about Royston is I bought my Mess Uniform from a military tailor there. The first tailored suit I had, my kilt was the second.
Bassingbourn Barracks is down the road. Duxford Airfield not too far. A lot of military history in the area.
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Another lovely video.
Thank you
Very interesting. I didn't know Royston is so nice. Another place I really must go. 🙂
It's somewhere we've never explored before too.
Nice enough town but it’s the Heath that makes it for me. Great open space
